I have work with IDG for about 2.5 yrs since Aug 2017.
Professional and service oriented staff and Boss who takes care of part-timers. I have even been given priority for flyer distribution jobs which I hv been doing for a period previously. Also, I have been placed into the requested work group for job postings like those in the airport and cruise centres.
I feel comfortable and well taken care of, with special thanks to Su and Kenneth who attended to my queries all the time.
I like working for mega conferences and events, where I can see that the clients are very pleased with IDG for being well organised, coordinated and having right resource deployment for a successful wrap-up. Boss Val always has a super good memory of the whole venue floor map and event schedule.
This has been a good learning experience in different fields from their great team and boss and I got to make more friends from the different age groups, including a lot of friendly youngsters.

I’ve been working with In D Grey for close to 5 months now. Being a complete newbie with zero working experience, the staff was very forthcoming and patient with my queries.
I am particularly impressed with how responsive they are given the number of people contacting them at the same time. In addition, they were very specific in communicating the requirements for each assignment, sending constant reminders to make sure no one is left out due to the lack of information. It definitely didn’t feel like an employer-employee relationship at all.
One of the more memorable events was working for the IMDA digital clinic. We were tasked with helping the elderly with their mobile devices. It was a fulfilling experience listening to their stories and introducing them to the digital world. All in all, it has been a great experience working for IDG and I encourage anyone to do so if you want to try your hand in part time assignments!

I’ve been working various event roles with IDG since 2015. IDG has always make me feel at ease with their punctuality on payments. Detailed information are always given so that work can be carried out better without confusion. These are some strengths of IDG that I’ve noticed through out the years of working in events. The biggest takeaway from working with IDG is being confident when interacting with people from various walks of life.

Over the months, I have found IDG to be a company that prioritises quality in the people they send to their clients while not compromising on their part timers’ well being. They have been consistent in sending out timely instructions for preparation leading up to the event itself to ensure that we are never left confused, and have always delivered payment on time. Their professionalism sets them apart from the other companies and has left a strong impression on me.
Working for event jobs with them has also allowed me to develop a more outspoken personality as IDG constantly encourages us to always be on the ball, and this positive trait has unconsciously been reflected in other areas of my life. Overall, I thoroughly enjoy working with them and would definitely recommend IDG.

I have been working for IDG for close to 3 years. My initial thought was that IDG dealt only with cruises but was roped in to do other events, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Besides the friendships forged, it gave me opportunities to learn and grow as an individual, with the team grooming me to take on added responsibilities of leading others. This ultimately helped me to land a full time role in the MICE industry, with one of their clients whom they work closely with.

I have been working with IDG since 2018 until now. My impression of IDG is that they are a nice and very caring agency, which is what makes me continue to work with them. They will take care of part timers which is a good thing; that other agents will not care about it. Some of the memorable experience I had is that doing events and activations such as roadshows. At the recent IMDA roadshow that teaches elders how to use mobile phones, I felt useful to be able to contribute to the elderly in the society . I have gained so much working experience and friends too!
I learnt to be more outgoing…

My name is Mengyeow and I have been working freelance with IDG as a talent for more than a year till date.
I feel that the company encompasses a professional and responsible team, one that highly values ethics and diligence as each of us were required to go through a stringent interview before we were officially engaged as part of the company’s exclusive crew.
I am evidently impressed with the operating procedures of IDG, particularly on the subject of payroll processing and job matching. I recall once when I casually brought up the topic of a slight delay in payment (which was still within industry’s customary timeframe), the team immediately looked into the matter and reverted to me within hours.

I have been working with IDG for one year and I must say they really know what they are doing.
They have a vast amount of experience in large scale events with big brands. These events are usually run smoothly. Their briefings for employees are thorough and detailed, giving us tools to best help event attendees and delegates.
They also take very good care of their employees, making sure we have enough rest and our meals are taken care of. They are nice, friendly and communicate very well on what is expected of us for the event, ensuring we give our highest standard for the event.
I have learnt a lot about people management, customer service and have a better understanding of events ever since I worked with IDG. I have met lots of other mature, capable and talented event helpers who I have learnt a lot from, be it handling situations or finding a better way to do things.
One of my best working experience is working first time as a stage manager, being responsible for programme, making sure all is in order and the show runs smoothly. It’s different and exciting at the same time as it’s a role with a big responsibility and of which I have learnt a lot from. I was shocked to be given such an opportunity and responsibility.
All in all I love working for IDG because work doesn’t feel like work, they make it really fun and help you grow.
Time management is definitely something I have gained
I’ve worked with IDG for roughly 3 months now! IDG is a pretty positive talent acquisition agency compared to other companies! People have been really nice to me especially Su and Vishane!
The positivity the staff in IDG radiates makes us happy to be working with them. One of my most memorable experience was when one of the staff, Su, came and purchased tea from me while I was working at Arbox! Hahaha i was so embarassed.
To be relatively blunt, cash was one of the main factors for working with IDG, but through my journey with IDG, time management is definitely something I have gained.

One of the activation I worked for was for Dior – it was a long but fun one as we got to experience the different products/product launches! Interacting with customers was fun as well as to know what they are looking for in a particular product or their skin/makeup concerns!
